Croydon College is committed to providing an outstanding Careers & Employability programme for every student.

Under the direction of the Careers & Employability Manager, as Senior Careers Advisor within our newly formed Careers & Employability team, you will provide line management to our in-house Careers team across both the Croydon and Coulsdon campuses, and play a key role in the delivery of a range of careers advice and guidance, supporting our work to achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks, and preparing young people for future choices in education, training and employment.

With your background of similar work within the FE sector, you will use your experience to conduct student focused 1:1 guidance interviews as well as to deliver workshops sessions and aspirational careers and progression activities throughout the year.

You would be joining a motivated and experienced student focused team who are collaborative and proactive in their approach to raising aspirations and supporting students to identify and achieve their career goals.

Applicants must hold a Level 6 CEIAG qualification, and have recent relevant experience in a similar field.
