We have recently been confirmed by Ofsted as a Good college (January 2018). We offer our staff and students state-of-the art facilities and are located right in the heart of Croydon with excellent transport links.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible lecturers, with good interpersonal skills, to teach, assess and tutor learners across a range of ESOL & employability programmes (Pre-entry to Level 2)

Lecturers also are involved in maintaining robust management systems and processes and ensuring outstanding practice in key areas such as safeguarding, equality & diversity and health & safety.

You should have a strong background in teaching ESOL or EFL to a variety of age groups including asylum seekers and refugees and also possess a clear understanding of current and future curriculum developments within this area.

A teaching qualification (CELTA and/or DTTLS or equivalent) is essential, and a relevant degree, or appropriate higher level qualification is desirable, as is relevant teaching experience. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, and be committed to the professional development of yourself to deliver outstanding results.

Literacy and Numeracy, at or above Level 2, is also needed.
