Working directly with students, you will drive engagement in extra-curricular activities, and support the planning and delivery of awareness events, which embed positive wellbeing, promotion of equality and celebration of diversity into the student experience.

You will use your interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective partnerships with external organisations, ensuring the enrichment offer is rich, varied, and meeting the needs of our diverse college community.

The successful applicant will bring energy, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and a genuine commitment to contributing to an outstanding student experience for students at Coulsdon College.

In return Coulsdon College offers generous leave, the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
