We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is a special kind of person who can enable their special child to be empowered in having the complete school experience regardless of needs and so they are able to achieve their personal academic success.
The post is linked to a child’s EHCP funding, as such the role will be fixed term which will be reviewed in line with the EHCP.
Salary will be dependent on experience.

About The Role
As well as providing support and assistance to teaching staff throughout the school, you will have responsibility for supporting one of our pupils with specialised needs. They will need support and commitment from you to ensure their needs are met throughout the school day. You will also provide planned bespoke interventions with groups of children across the school.
About You
You will have demonstrable experience in supporting pupils with social communication needs and ideally have experience of supporting individuals and small groups of children. Specific training in S&L needs is welcomed.
