Job title: Receptionist / Administrator
Salary: £12.18 per hour
Hours: 14 hours per week, Wednesday and Friday.
Working weeks: 39 weeks per year (TTO + INSET)

About the role
You will be the first line of communication for the school, in person and by telephone. The role will be responsible for maintaining visitors’ record log and the administration of security passes and to ensure the smooth running of reception ensuring that telephone calls, visitors and students are dealt with efficiently, sensitively and appropriately in line with CSET procedures. You will also support the wider admin team to help ensure processes and procedures are followed effectively and timely.
About you
You will need to be a professional with a personable attitude. You will have both reception and administrative experience and have excellent organisational skills. It is essential that you are proficient with working with computer systems and have demonstrable ICT skills and are comfortable with working on your own initiative. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation. They should be confident in dealing with people, promoting and contributing actively to the school ethos and values.
