Job title: School Administrator
Salary: CSET 10, £25,584fte, £8,921 prorated
Hours: 15 per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only including inset days)
Working days: 11.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31 December 2025 pending a review of staffing arrangements
About the role
You join our current school administrator providing administrative support to the school and wider facilities. This could include collecting and processing data, reception cover, maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and producing spreadsheets. We can promise you no two days are generally the same.
About you
You’ll need to be welcoming, personable, approachable and able to take initiative. You will need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and confident in liaising with colleagues, pupils and parents/carers. Organisation is key to success in this role and you’ll have great attention to detail. Experience of using IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Google suite and databases is imperative, SIMS experience is ideal but not essential.
