Job Title: Reprographics Technician
Hours: 27.5 hours per week

Working weeks: 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only + INSET)
Salary: CSET 11. £25,584 FTE (£16,355 prorated)
Contract type: Fixed term until 31/08/2026
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Reprographics Technician to deliver a high-quality printing and copying service across our busy school. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring teaching and administrative materials are prepared, finished, and distributed professionally and on time.
From operating digital copiers and laminators to managing consumables and supporting reception, you’ll be part of a collaborative team helping to keep the school running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with reprographics equipment and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
About You
You’re organised, approachable, and ready to take initiative. With strong communication skills and a good general education, you’re confident using systems like Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and keen to learn new skills.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in an office environment and can manage competing priorities
- Is flexible and willing to support with admin tasks and reception cover
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- An understanding in reprographics techniques is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Communicates clearly with staff, students, and parents
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
