This role involves planning, managing, and reviewing learner assessments, ensuring they understand the qualifications and assessment process. You will provide constructive feedback, track learner progress, and develop assessment schedules. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to maintain high training and assessment standards. Additionally, you will liaise with employers, awarding organisations, and relevant stakeholders to support learner development. Effective communication with customers and employers is crucial, as well as supporting learners throughout their qualifications and actively promoting the college.
