Dunraven Educational Trust based in Streatham and comprises five local schools.

We are looking to appoint someone who can demonstrate a good understanding of facilities management regulations and associated compliance duties. This enthusiastic individual will support our Trust Facilities Management activities and procurement processes they will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete facilities records working with Site Supervisors across the Trust.

This new full-time post reporting to the Head of Facilities Management requires someone with strong IT systems, organisational and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate a high level of numeracy and literacy, a very good eye for detail, and a good understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times.

This post is suitable for a graduate who is looking to develop their career in Facilities Management with professional training available, subject to appropriate access qualifications.
