Devonshire Primary require a part-time School Office Assistant to join our friendly office team as soon as possible
Scale 1c3 point 2 to 6 (FTE £27,345-£28,929), term time only. Actual salary in the region of £15,879-£16,798 (pay award pending) subject to payroll confirmation.
25 hours per week, 11:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
To provide administrative support and clerical duties to support the smooth running of our busy school office. The successful candidate must demonstrate a professional approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills. The applicant must manage a range of varied tasks, provide administrative support and be a contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff. The successful candidate must be willing to undertake first aid training.
Experience of working in a school office is desirable but training will be given to the right candidate.
