Overview of the role
This post is for 26 hours over 4 days. You’ll be responsible for teaching students from various ages and abilities the importance of physical activity and promoting healthy lifestyles. You’ll also be involved in organising and leading extra-curricular activities such as sports teams, fitness clubs, and other events that promote physical education.
The right candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Ability to deliver engaging PE lessons and promote a love for a range of sports and physical activities
- Understanding of curriculum and assessment requirements for PE
- Enthusiasm and commitment to extra-curricular PE activities for the enrichment of learners and the wider school community
