Job Title: Estates Business Partner

Are you looking for your next step as in a trust that is going places? We are looking for a passionate professional to manage Estates compliance and services as part our developing Estates team across Bristol, at Academies consisting of both primary and secondary sites.
Reporting to the National Estates Manager – Capital & Projects, the purpose of the job will be:
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the experienced estates teams on all sites and ensure equipment, facilities, sports areas and classrooms meet the needs of timetables and teaching requirements.
- To ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met and implement a proactive PPM schedule in line with E-ACT policies.
- To lead on Capital projects, with support from the National Estates Manager.
- To support the National Estates Team in the development and implementation of the E-ACT National Estates Strategy including the production of Premises Development Plans and site documents.
- Proactively work with the National Estates Managers to introduce continuous improvement plans and implement consistency of approach.
Pay range:
SCP 36-41 £44,428.00-£49,498.00 Hours: 37 hours per week/full-time
Qualifications and Skills:
- Facilities Management qualification to Level 4 or above
- NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate, or above equivalent
- Maths and English at Grade C and above, or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively and supportively as a Line Manager and as a key member of the Regional and National teams
- Ability to act on own initiative dealing with any unexpected problems that may arise.
