JOB OVERVIEW

The Collaboration of East Harptree and Ubley Primary Schools is seeking a friendly, organised and efficient school receptionist/administrator to provide administrative support in our busy school office based at East Harptree Primary School. The ideal candidate should have good communication and ICT skills.  We are seeking an individual who is flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, families, staff and visitors. Continuous training will be given to further enhance your development within the school.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, governors, pupils, contractors and suppliers.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent ICT skills.
  • Practical experience in word processing, excel, email and updating websites.


  • YOU WILL HAVE:
  • The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure 
  • Communication with parents on a professional basis.
  • Attainment GCSE’s or equivalent, to include English and Maths at grade A-C.
  •  Understand the need for confidentiality
