The governors at Ebbw Fawr look to appoint a Curriculum Team Leader, from September 2025 The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher, who also has a proven track record of working successfully and innovatively with students, and has experience of, or is capable of, leading a diverse range of staff.
Ebbw Fawr is a thriving, All Age School of 1300 pupils at the heart of Ebbw Vale and is located on the award-winning "works site". Communication links to Ebbw Vale are particularly good and staff attend from across south Wales and beyond.
The school more generally is in a very strong position; we are oversubscribed and have an excellent reputation within our community and our examination results are good. This post is a key piece in our improvement planning, and the successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to develop and embed our curriculums further.
