Are you a compassionate and adaptable educator who wants to make a real difference in a child’s life through tutoring?

At Education Boutique, we believe that every learner deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported on their unique education journey. Right now, we’re looking for enthusiastic and patient educators to support young learners who are currently not in school. This ranges from KS3 to KS4 academic support and functional skills, with children who have been diagnosed with SEN needs such as PDA, OCD, ADHD, ASD, etc.

About the Role

Subjects: Functional skills

Location: Various locations in Aylesbury

Hours: 1 to 25 hours per week

Commitment: The package is renewable on a half-termly basis, with an expectation it will continue until at least the summer holidays.

Goal: To provide KS3/KS4 academic support and functional skills learning, with the ultimate aim of helping the learner reintegrate into a sustainable school setting.

Why Join Education Boutique?

At Education Boutique, we don’t just tutor – we change lives. We work with learners who, for various reasons, are out of school and need bespoke, meaningful learning experiences. Our goal is always re-engagement and reintegration, showing every learner that they matter and that education can be flexible, exciting, and built around their needs.

By joining us, you’ll become part of a forward-thinking, child-centred educational movement that puts learners first.

What We Offer Educators at Education Boutique:

  • Daytime roles supporting learners who need alternative education
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • International travel opportunities for tutors who want to teach globally
  • Community and collaboration – Connect with other passionate educators
  • A platform for your voice – Share your experiences through blogs, podcasts, and events
  • Fair pay and autonomy – Set your own rates and work in a way that suits you

Who We’re Looking For

  • Either: A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience supporting SEN, EBSA, or PDA learners
  • OR: An experienced HLTA / ELSA / TA with strong SEN experience
  • Someone who can create a calm, engaging, and trust-building learning space
  • A strong communicator who understands the importance of flexibility and child-led learning
  • A tutor who brings enthusiasm, patience, and creativity into every session
  • Fully vetted with DBS on the update service, references, and right to work in the UK

Even if this role isn’t quite right for you, we’d still love to hear from you. If you’re a holistic educator who believes in the power of tailored learning, we welcome passionate individuals looking to make a difference.
