Our purpose is to provide outstanding education and improve the life chances of all the children and young people in our Trust. Education Impact Academy Trust provides an outstanding education across the special school sector. It ensures our pupils and young people are given a broad and balanced education which prepares them well for success in their future lives. We provide strong challenge and support to our Academies and ensure they deliver success for all.
As a Trust we truly value the success of every child and we place the sharing of excellent education practice at the core of this value.
Professional development, challenge and support are at the heart of ensuring our staff are some of the finest teachers so they can deliver outstanding teaching.
Our Trust benefits significantly from the variety of schools within the Trust, enabling staff to benefit greatly from the opportunities we have for collaborative working. In addition, we are able to benefit tremendously from sharing best practice and expertise we have within our organisation.
Education Impact Academy Trust is proud to be open and inclusive. We are always seeking to engage with and work closely with parents and carers.
As a Trust we are committed to maintaining our core principles and focus as we grow; working with schools where we believe we can help and who, in turn, can enrich and provide real benefit for the existing Trust family.
Our academies have common values and core operational systems, which are applied locally, adapted to individual context and needs. By this simple expedient each academy retains its own local governing body, identity and individuality. The young adults who leave our care are prepared for the next stage of their education and are ready and confident to move forward in life.
