This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take up a crucial role leading on Teaching and Learning. The role is new to our Senior Leadership Team. We need a unique person who has high expectations for themselves and for all within our community – in particular, their attention to detail and standards will ensure that all staff and students will know what to expect and how it is to be delivered. This, along with the ability to forge strong relationships with our students, staff and families, will ensure that every child achieves their highest potential. The successful candidate will need up to date knowledge of pedagogy, the ECF and a track record of developing outstanding teachers who foster a love for learning which realises strong results. The hours will reflect the importance of the role, but the reward will be the chance to work with and help shape our amazing students. Our students are overwhelmingly polite, respectful, considerate and demonstrate a fantastic thirst for learning. They uphold our school motto each and every day and they in return should receive the very highest standard of education. ‘If a teacher makes the weather the school creates the climate.’ Sir Tim Brighouse
