Engage Enrich Excel Academies (EEEA)  has an exciting opportunity for an experienced business professional.

Full time annual salary £43923.00 - £47681.00

Pro rata salary (30hrs) £33390 - £36247

30 hours a week, five days a week -various locations school based and some central office based depending on support required.

41 weeks (term time plus two weeks)

EEEA operates six primary schools in Surrey and Hampshire. We provide an extensive range of support for our family of schools. We are an ambitious Trust and have some exciting developments in the pipeline. Would you like to help us build and develop our primary Trust? Are you keen to help our pupils, staff and communities excel?

The role involves working with the executive team to enable our schools to be amazing. The work ranges from developing risk management to supporting schools when needed. The work includes dedicated time at the central office supporting the Trust functions. If you want a role that combines working in a school and helping to shape the Trust then this role is ideal. As the Trust grows there will be further opportunities to grow and shape how we work. This is a full-time role but we can offer flexible working conditions for the right applicant.

There are exciting developments in the pipeline to further develop the central function for the benefit of using our resources wisely and benefitting all our schools. We have just been approved to build two new schools that open in 2025 and you can help create new communities!
