ALN LINK (Learner Inclusion Needs Keyworker)

Payscale: GO3 Pts 6-7 £25,183 to £25,584 (equated x 83.85% to £21,116 to £21,452 - full time and term time only)

We are seeking a highly organised, emotionally resilient, and discreet individual to support the Additional Learning Needs Coordinator (ALNCo) in the effective delivery of ALN provision. This role blends administrative responsibilities with direct learner engagement. You will be responsible for managing key data systems, arranging and preparing for statutory meetings, supporting communication with school staff, families and professionals, and working face-to-face with pupils to gather their views and help them access support. You will also contribute to wider school life through general administrative support for faculties, supervision duties, and in-class and small group support for learners with ALN.
