Ysgol Eirias is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join the Office team as Attendance Administration Officer and First Aid Administrator. The successful candidate will be required to support the school in the following ways:
- To support the school’s attendance recording procedures;
- To be responsible for maintaining and updating the SIMS pupil databases relating to detailed absence marks and codes;
- To be responsible for the accurate recording of reasons for nonattendance (in conjunction with the Senior Staff/Data Manager/Heads of Learning/Inclusion Manager);
- To support the administration of Holiday Form requests;
- Under the instruction/guidance of senior staff, support the administrative and organisational tasks within the school as required ;
- Assist with the planning and development of in school administrative support
- To assist the Inclusion Manager and Heads of Learning in preparation of appropriate attendance-based SIMs reports;
- To provide first aid for students and staff as and when required
Payscale and hours: Attendance Administration Officer and First Aid
GO2 Pts 4-5 £25,185 to £25,583 (equated x 83.85% to £21,118 to £21,451 - temporary full time 37 hrs per week and term time only) - required form October 2025.
