Join Our Team as a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant
32.08 hours per week | 39 weeks per year (term time + 1 week)
Ellesmere College is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role involves working across all age ranges and departments, providing support in the absence of class teachers. The successful candidate may be required to travel between our two current sites – Aylestone Meadows and Knighton Fields Centre.

- Is flexible and able to adapt to different classroom environments
- Works effectively as part of a busy and supportive team
- Possesses strong skills in supporting learning, personal, and social development
- Has excellent organisational skills and can manage priorities effectively
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Holds a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field
You will be required to attend all parents' evenings and twilight training sessions.
Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable. We value creativity and innovation in our approach to ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
