We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, proactive and responsive Reprographics Technician to join our support staff team, working 30 hours per week for 41 weeks of the year, on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service and enjoys working as part of a busy and welcoming school community.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and professional reprographics service to staff across the school, ensuring the timely production of teaching, learning and administrative materials. Working closely with colleagues, you will manage print and copying requests, produce a wide range of resources and help to ensure that reprographics equipment is maintained and operating effectively.
Brockington is a successful and popular 11–16 school with approximately 1,200 students on roll, serving the communities of Enderby, Narborough, Huncote, Thurlaston, Croft and New Lubbesthorpe, alongside a wider catchment. We are proud of our strong community links and the inclusive, values-led culture that underpins our work.
Our vision is clear: “Learning to live life to the full.” As a Church of England academy, this vision is at the heart of school life and shapes the way we work with our students, families and one another. Our most recent SIAMS inspection recognised the strength of this ethos, judging the school to be ‘Excellent’.
We are committed to ensuring that every student is known, supported and challenged to achieve their very best. We also believe that education is about far more than academic achievement alone. Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds, faiths and beliefs, and we place strong emphasis on respect, compassion, tolerance and belonging. Alongside high-quality teaching and learning, students benefit from extensive pastoral and academic support and a wide programme of enrichment, clubs, trips and wider opportunities.
Our staff are central to the success of the school. We aim to provide a supportive, collaborative working environment in which colleagues are valued, encouraged to develop and united by a shared commitment to providing the best possible experience for our students. We are also fortunate to have modern, well-resourced facilities which support both teaching and learning and the wellbeing of students and staff.
Every member of staff at Brockington contributes to the experience our students receive. The quality, reliability and organisation of our reprographics service directly support colleagues in the classroom and help ensure the smooth running of the school. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organised and approachable, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
If you share our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our students and would like to become part of the Brockington community, we would be delighted to receive your application.
