We are seeking a nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic Early Years Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and caring Early Years team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development and wellbeing within a play-based, child-centred environment.

Working closely with the class teachers and wider Early Years staff, you will help provide a safe, engaging and inclusive setting where every child can thrive. You will assist with learning activities, pastoral support, small-group work and early intervention strategies to help children meet developmental milestones across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.

The successful candidate will have a relevant NVQ level 2 (or equivalent qualification) and be able to work effectively with young people in a formal education setting. It would be ideal if the candidate has experience of working with children with a range of SEND needs e.g. Autism, ADHD, (Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs). Teamwork is also an essential aspect of this role and the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills.
