Brockington College is a highly successful 11-16 college, where students enjoy ‘learning to live life to the full’. We have recently become a member of Embrace Multi Academy Trust, which aims to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our stakeholders, including members of staff.
Due to the promotion of the current post holder, we require a pastoral manager to join our existing team, to provide pastoral support to Brockington College students in order to maintain high levels of attendance, punctuality and behaviour and ultimately enable all students to flourish. The post involves working 37 hours per week for 43 weeks per year. The role will provide variety, challenge and the reward of knowing that you are making a significant contribution in the development of Brockington College and ultimately a difference to the life chances of our students.
