Position: Premises Officer
Required from: Start date flexible
Contract Type: Permanent, 30 hours per week and 42 weeks per year (school term time plus 4 additional weeks)
Salary: Grade 7, points 11 to 14. Full time equivalent £25,998 - £27,273 (actual salary; £19,424 - £20,376)

As the Premises Officer, you will be responsible for the supervision of our school site, ensuring the maintenance and security of our buildings. Your role is crucial in providing a high-quality environment that supports the educational and extracurricular activities of our pupils and staff.
We are looking for someone who:
• Can effectively oversee the maintenance and security of school buildings and grounds.
• Will ensure the cleanliness and safety of all school facilities.
• To conduct regular inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Will be able to manage contractors & service providers to ensure high standards of work as needed.
• Will work within the required health and safety policies and procedures.
• Is a strong team player, able to work effectively with school staff.
• Is committed to the vision of the school.
• has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is self-motivated.
