Teaching Assistant

8.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. (Monday – Friday) 32.5 hours per week
Grade 6, £21,972.00 - £22,274.00 (PRO RATA, term time only)
Actual Salary - £16,451.32
We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join our successful team to support the learning of pupils. As a Teaching Assistant you will assist in supporting an individual pupil whilst in class and a small group of pupils for interventions.
The successful candidate will have a relevant NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and be able to work effectively with young people in a formal education setting. It will be essential if the candidate had worked with children with a range of SEND needs e.g. Autism, ADHD. Teamwork is also an essential aspect of this role and the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills.
