🍎📚 Join Our Team as a part-time Catering Assistant at Kings Forest Primary School! 📚🍎

Start Date: as soon as possible

Salary: Grade 14, £22,366 FTE

                          (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £5,459.37 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent, term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)

Hours: 10.50 (hours to be worked over 3 days. work pattern/days to be agreed), term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant to join our team at Kings Forest Primary School. As part of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our students enjoy nutritious and delicious meals during lunchtime. Responsibilities will include:

  • Cooking and serving appetizing puddings
  • Assisting with basic food preparation
  • Undertaking general cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment, possess excellent communication skills for interactions with both children and adults, and bring a joyful outlook to the role.

Fluency Duty 

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
