The Role
Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible, rewarding work in a supportive school environment? Whether you're returning to teaching, newly qualified, or simply seeking more control over your schedule, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking to expand our bank of casual teachers to provide short-term cover as needed – this could be for a day, a week, or longer. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining consistency and high-quality learning for our pupils, with the support of a friendly and committed team.
We are looking for an organised, strong teacher and leader who has:
- Experience of engaging pupils to secure strong progress
- Knowledge of the curriculum plus creatively and passion to make learning enjoyable
- Energy, enthusiasm and desire for high expectations for all pupils, staff and themselves
- The personal skills and confidence to provide support and challenge to colleagues
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
