Art Technician and School Display Co-ordinator
23.33 hours a week, 37.6 weeks (term time only)
Monday to Friday - 8.30 am – 1.30 pm
Salary PS5: (£23,243 to £25,484 FTE). Starting pro-rata salary £12,601
We are looking for an Art Technician and School Display Co-ordinator to join our Visual Arts department to work with senior/middle leaders and teachers within the Art department to deliver a positive learning experience for students in both KS3 and KS4, creating a learning environment which reflects the school's ethos and culture.
The Visual Arts department includes lessons in Art at Key Stage 3 and both Art, Design and Photography for Key Stage 4. You will ensure all equipment and materials are prepared for lessons, ready for learning and assist with clearing up after practical lessons in classrooms. You will be given the opportunity to show your artistic and creative flair by working with Senior Leaders to promote key themes through display around the whole school. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organisational and artistic flair and the ability work as part of a team.
