Fairfield High School is seeking to recruit a Higher Level Learning Support Worker for 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 additional days. This is a fixed term contract until 31/08/2025. You will join a well established team with a SENDCO, Deputy SENDCO, SEND Manager and LSAs.
Salary for 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 additional days will be £18,354 - £19,627 per annum.

Successful candidate should be:
• Trained in autism
• Team Teach trained is desirable (can be trained)
You should possess a high degree of initiative, be able to work independently and as part of a faculty team.
