Fairfield High School is seeking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for 22 hours per week, permanent contract, term time only. You will join a well established team with a SENDCO, Deputy SENDCO, SEND Manager and LSAs.
Salary is paid at Points 7 - 11, full time equivalent of £24,294 - £25,979 per year.
Duties to include:
• Supporting student’s learning in lessons
• Building student’s familiarity with our building and systems
• Some adaptation of class materials supplied by teachers to support student’s access
• Communicating with student’s family
You should possess a high degree of initiative, be able to work independently and as part of a faculty team.
