SITE ASSISTANT / CARETAKER
Full time – all year round
To join the Estates team and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the College accommodation and grounds. This is a full-time shift work post of 40 hours per week, throughout the year.
The shift pattern is as follows:
Mon to Thurs 1pm to 10pm
Fri 12 noon to 9pm
Cover for key College events will require some flexibility and weekend cover (paid as overtime) on a rota basis is required. During the College holidays hours will vary as the College is generally open between 7.30am and 4.30pm. Salary of £23,115 per annum inclusive of fringe area allowance.
