Evening Caretaker 

15 hours per week , 52 weeks per year to start ASAP
Monday to Friday 6.00 pm until 9.00 pm
PS5: £21,942 to £24,184 FTE.  Starting pro-rata salary £9,143 per annum.
(Call outs & possible weekend lettings will be paid as additional hours)
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days annual leave after 5 years’ service

We are looking for an Evening Caretaker  to manage and supervise the maintenance of the school buildings and site to agreed standards and cost effectively, liaising with the Premises Manager. You will be required to manage outside contractors and liaise with other bodies to ensure all building requirements are met. You will also be responsible for securing the school site at the end of the day and you may be called out, outside your working hours to deal with security problems, make emergency repairs or allow access to the site.   This is a responsible role within the school and we are seeking to appoint someone with a positive approach to work and the ability to work well within a team.
