Education Boutique, part of the Eteach Group, is seeking an Administrator to join our growing team. We are open to both full-time and part-time term-time only applicants.

Whether you already have some office or customer service experience or you are ready to step into your first professional role, this is an excellent opportunity to begin a meaningful career within the tutoring and EdTech sector. You will gain hands-on experience in administration, client support, and education recruitment within a fast-growing and purpose-driven organisation.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team where you will develop core skills in customer service, technology platforms, and online recruitment marketing, providing a strong foundation for long term career progression.

The role

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include

• Acting as the first point of contact for Eteach via phone, live chat, and email
• Supporting schools, colleges, and job seekers by responding to queries in a professional and helpful manner
• Preparing and posting job adverts sourced by Consultants
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date

About you

This role would suit someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. You do not need previous experience in the education or recruitment sector. What matters most is your enthusiasm, curiosity, and desire to build a career that supports education.

Location and working hours

• Based at our Bracknell office
• Start time of either 8:30 am or 9:00 am
• 37.5 hours per week for full-time roles
