Administration support to include:
- Provide administration support for diverse teams within the Eteach Group.
- Defined tasks and projects as delegated.
- General correspondence, and project documents.
- Answer mainline office phone and overflow calls from other departments, escalating all calls accordingly.
Compliance: Overview of the role:
- To work closely with the Consultants in understanding their needs to enable the most efficient candidate-clearing process.
- Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and developing/implementing corrective action plans.
- Conduct vetting in the relevant platforms to determine suitability, explain the process, and give a realistic timeframe.
- Email registration pack with details of documents required.
- Process completed registration forms when received.
- Process DBS via online application.
- Keep in regular contact with candidates to update them on the progress of their registration.
- Chase references via telephone email or other relevant platforms.
- Update tracker (daily).
- To ensure GDPR and compliance regulations are followed and to make management aware of any changes that could impact the business.
- Assist and take ownership of the ISO 9001 audits.
- Assist and/or Lead on all aspects of GDPR compliance.

Key skills/knowledge:
- Sound understanding of regulatory structure and process, regulations, and their underlying principles.
- Proven experience in a Compliance position
- Experience in the creation and implementation of a Compliance Management System
- Ability to research and identify changes in regulatory information.
- Knowledge of the agency regulations is desirable.
- Knowledge of business processes, financial products, rules, and requirements for the relevant business unit(s).
- MS Office Proficient.
- Be able to work independently.
