FEjobs.com is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of FE, who will play a pivotal role in continuing our commercial success story within the Further Education sector. This role requires a proactive leader, with a growth mindset and sharp commercial acumen, who can establish vital commercial relationships and effectively support our business growth plans.

As a Director of FE, you will report to the MD and the Board and you will develop and manage crucial relationships with high-value stakeholders and clients across the FE college sector, ensuring we are aligned with their strategic goals and taking charge of developing new business opportunities to expand each account where possible and win new accounts to rapidly grow the client base incrementally.

You will manage a team and the allocated resources to deliver service excellence and value to customers and candidates and continue to grow your portfolio to provide our solutions to many more stakeholders in the FE/Skills/Learning sector across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on building C-level executive relationships with Key stakeholders and influencers in the FE sector. Define and execute the strategy for maturing and expanding customer accounts by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with senior executives
  • You will become the Online Recruitment expert for FEjobs, attending conferences and events blogging and leading the thought leadership in this field.
  • Managing the FE Customer Success team (development, support, growth, operational management day-to-day contact).
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and execute key objectives across the entire portfolio moving the entire sector forward in terms of digital recruitment and HR.
  • Continually review and improve processes when and if required.
  • Keep abreast of market conditions and competitor analysis.
  • To deliver high-level customer support to key FE Client accounts, manage customer expectations and maximise customer satisfaction to ensure the successful growth of the FE Jobs brand.
  • To achieve and exceed revenue targets from existing customers through the promotion of our products, media marketing, expert services and software.
  • To ensure product usage is at its maximum effectiveness for customers, aligning with their strategic goals. To oversee the onboarding and deployment by your dedicated customer success support team.
  • Understand and identify high-performing and under-performing customers and respond in a proactive and responsive manner to safeguard the FE Jobs customer base
  • Oversee the maintenance Maintain of our dedicated CRM system daily to ensure all client information is accurate, up-to-date and shared successfully with internal and external teams extracting case studies and testimonials to further promote our products and services.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Director and his team around brand management and new initiatives across the FEjobs portfolio.
