Eteach is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing sales team as Telemarketing and Sales Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with customers.
You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with schools and multi-academy trusts, and supporting our Key Accounts team by creating opportunities that help drive business growth.
To support working parents, school-term-only or part-time work is available
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential education customers, identifying opportunities and booking appointments for the Senior Sales team
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, answering customer enquiries and providing information about products and services
- Build relationships with schools, academies, and education leaders, maintaining a professional and consultative approach
- Record all activity and customer information accurately in the company CRM system
- Ensure all leads and opportunities are followed up promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service
About You
- Resilient, self-motivated, and confident with a “can-do” attitude
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or contact centre environment is desirable
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers in a professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced, supportive team environment
