Eteach, an EdTech software and services company, is seeking an experienced software salesperson. The role's purpose is to maximise sales revenues through New Business generation to targeted schools and colleges across a designated territory wishing to use Eteach products and services.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales opportunities, interacting with schools and decision-makers, to truly understand their priorities and needs and offer Eteach services as their solution.
  • Identifying and securing opportunities for new business with regard to all of our core products: Job Board technology, Recruitment Software, Specialist Recruitment Services, etc.
  • Monitor and report on local and international government initiatives and events whilst keeping abreast of changes to the relevant education system and the company’s competitors to ensure the brand remains market-leading.
  • Continually prospect for new business whilst actively managing a pipeline.
  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Managing the Customer Relationship Management database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
  • Complete the required level of sales activity necessary to achieve targets, whilst obtaining new business.
  • Plan and manage your geographical area by working in collaboration with our Marketing, Customer Success Team and Internal sales teams to develop your region and ensure high client revenues, whilst following up on leads and appointments generated by our teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling SaaS and or Edtech is essential.
  • Experience in multi-customer Account management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to implement and drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong commercial/business sense.
  • Previous new business development experience.
  • A proven track record in closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Process and target-driven.
  • Team player – working in cooperation with colleagues,
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • IT Skills – Microsoft / Outlook, etc.
  • A driving License and access to a vehicle are essential.
