Job Title: Business Development Manager - South East Region (Remote)
• Salary: up to £50,000 per annum
• Competitive performance-related bonus (OTE £68,750 to £75,000 for exceeding targets)

Location: Regional – remote/home base with regular travel across the South East.
Hours: Full time
Company Overview: Eteach are currently working alongside a leading SEN provider dedicated to supporting children, young people, and adults with special needs. Committed to making a positive impact on lives, the company are looking at expanding their team and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for the South East region. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success while working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for the South East region.
2. Training provided in all aspects of the role, allowing you to take responsibility for developing new opportunities and maximising existing partnerships; to ensure that our services are considered by local authorities to be an integral part of their sufficiency strategies.
3. Conduct market research to understand the needs of the special needs sector in the South east region and adapt business strategies accordingly.
4. Ability to form and build positive relationships and a deep sense of trust with funders and influencers and wide range of stakeholders within local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups.
5. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
6. Working to a clear set of KPIs and targets to be expected to provide regular reports on progress.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development, preferably within the special needs or education sector.
2. Ability to forge and develop strong business relationships.
3. Able to travel extensively within the South East.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a collaborative approach with the wider team.
