Job Title: Supply SEN Teaching Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional development of students with SEN. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with classroom activities and coursework

Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN

Collaborating with class teachers and support staff to create a nurturing learning environment

Conducting small group interventions under the guidance of the class teacher

Supporting students' wellbeing and social development

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is advantageous but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
