SEN Teaching Assistant | Redhill | January Start

Schedule: Day shift - Monday to Friday

Day to Day duties: 

As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting positive learning experiences and supporting students' overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.

- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help.

- Monitoring and encouraging student progress, ensuring their emotional and academic needs are met.

- Collaborating with teachers and other teaching assistants to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

- Offering guidance and mentoring to students facing challenges.
