Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with SEN.
• Enhanced DBS check.
