SEN Teacher Role available
Job Type – Supply | Temp to Perm | Full Time
Shift and Schedule – Day shift| Monday – Friday
Start date – January.
Location – Dorking
The main duties of the job:
- To provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set .
- Experience of work within an education setting
- Experience of planning, delivering, and teaching lessons
- Relevant Teaching Qualification
- Willingness to work towards further qualifications as required
- Undertake relevant group induction training on commencement
The successful candidate will be:
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for hands-on learning
- Experience and/or interest in working with children with more profound/complex Special Education Needs.
- Experience or commitment to using symbolised communication systems (AAC) to support language and learning in the classroom.
- The ability to build good working relationships with children, teachers, parents and carers.
- The ability to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential.
- A commitment to embracing outdoor learning.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting children with significant sensory integration difficulties.
- A passion for working with neurodivergent students.
- A teaching qualification.
Experience:
Previous experience working as a SEN setting is required.
