We are seeking to appoint anoutstanding and innovative full-time Mathematics teacher, who has either successful recent experience of teaching Mathematics at all levels fromyear 7 to Year 13 or who has the ability to prepare and deliver a high level of academic support. The successful candidate will be part of a committed team who place pastoral support alongside academic success.We need someone who will embrace the challenges of living and working alongside a small community. It is essential that a strength of character, conviction and passion shines through. At the start of this project we need pioneers who are willing to engage with the pupils and to set them off on a lifelong Catholic mission.This position is full-time.The school opened in November 2020. It is a Boy's boarding school which currently has only a small number of students. The students are taught in vertical groups: Yr7 & Yr8; Yr9,10 &11; 6th Form.Remuneration: Net salary ranges from Euro 1600 to Euro 2300 per month net of tax. The school provides rent free / utility free accommodation. Single status teachers will be housed in a single apartment at the school whilst families can reside in the village close to the school. The school is located in a small town with a character all of its own situated on the banks of the River Gartempe. It is a typical French village de Campagne where the Church, Mairie, bakery, café and grocery store all play an important role in the daily life of the town. It remains an untouched gem in the tourist region of Poitou.
