We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and inspirational teacher to lead our Science Faculty for a maternity cover. The successful candidate will be required to teach Science up to KS4. They will develop the teaching and learning of the Science Faculty across all abilities in our 11-16 community school. The successful candidate will join the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) and play a key role in strategic decision making to help raise standards and improve outcomes for our students. This is an ideal role for anyone who has future senior leadership ambitions.
The Science Faculty is dynamic and forward thinking. You would be leading/joining a friendly and professional team who continually strive for excellence in the students and themselves. The faculty has a large and well resourced Prep Room to support learning through practicals, run by an experienced Lab Technician.
