We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and inspirational teacher to lead Modern Foreign Languages at John O’Gaunt School. This is a new post for the school and has arisen due to rising numbers on roll.
The successful candidate will be required to teach French up to KS4. They will develop teaching and learning across all abilities in our 11-16 community school and help to build a vibrant and stimulating modern foreign languages curriculum. The successful candidate will join the Extended Leadership Team (ELT) and play a key role in strategic decision making to help raise standards and improve outcomes for our students. This is an ideal role for anyone who has further leadership ambitions for the future.
John O'Gaunt School is situated in the beautiful historic market town of Hungerford on the Berkshire/Wiltshire border and is very much at the heart of the community it serves. There are good road and rail links, with easy access to the M4 and a 10-minute walk from the station.
