This busy role will provide administrative support to the Quality and Safeguarding and team. It will involve coordinating departmental meetings and paperwork, input of data, assisting in the preparation of statistics, liaising with Awarding Organisations and producing/circulating reports as well as a variety of other administrative duties. You will also be required to deal sensitively with enquires or telephone messages, logging calls accurately and alerting the Safeguarding Lead or Managers immediately to any issues requiring immediate attention.
Applicants should be experienced in general office administration, be highly motivated and have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Excellent communication skills are essential along with experience of Microsoft Office applications.
Applicants should have a genuine interest in the education and welfare of young people and experience of working in the Further Education sector is highly desirable.
