We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Art Department, part time (0.5 FTE). You will support the Photography, Graphics, Art and Fashion courses and so an understanding of these areas and good technical skill is essential.
The role covers the installation, maintenance and monitoring of equipment and classrooms including photographic studio, darkroom and digital work flow. You will also be required to support both students and teachers in and out of lessons. Additional responsibilities may include ordering and monitoring stock, loans of equipment, hanging exhibitions and recording examples of student work.
A flexible approach with excellent interpersonal skills is essential. Ideally you will have experience of working in a related area within an art or educational environment.
