Farnborough College of Technology (FCoT) is seeking an exceptional Director of Finance and Corporate Services (DFCS) to join its Senior Leadership Team at a pivotal point in the College’s development. Now in the fourth year of its Sustainable Transformations Strategy (STS) 2032, FCoT is building on strong momentum and is seeking a senior leader with the credibility, capability, and experience to play a critical role in the next phase of its journey.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record as a qualified accountant, combined with the strategic leadership skills required to oversee a broad corporate services portfolio, including Finance, Estates, and Technology. Experience within the Further Education sector, particularly an understanding of DfE funding and compliance mechanisms, is highly desirable; however, strong candidates from the wider public sector with the relevant knowledge and capability to perform effectively from day one will also be welcomed.
