Ideally applicants will have taught at these subjects previously, hold at least a degree or equivalent with a recognised teaching qualification, or be willing to study to gain the qualification.
In addition, you need to be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can engage with FE students to ensure that they reach their full potential.
